I ordered Mother’s Day flowers for my mother from From You Flowers<\/a>, and they didn’t arrive on time. \u00a0Not only did they not arrive on time, but they didn’t inform me of the issue. \u00a0When I contacted them about the issue, they pretty much blew me off; after a month, they gave me a $3 refund. \u00a0So I blogged about it, talking about when a satisfaction guarantee isn’t<\/a>.<\/p>\n

That, I thought, was the end of it: I got exceptionally bad service from From You Flowers<\/a>, they didn’t care, and now I know about an online florist that I will never use again. \u00a0But today, I received the following email:<\/p>\n
